Arkance Systems website (WordPress)
One of my main tasks was to create whole new websites for Arkance Systems in the summer of 2023. This included planning and creating all content pages, product pages, news, blogs, etc. by using WordPress classic editor and block editor. I have also worked with related forms, header, footer, plugins, tags, filters, and categories for example.
MV-Jäähdytys website (WordPress)
I have created Search engine optimized (SEO) content for customer stories using Yoast SEO. I made smaller updates to pages when necessary. My responsibility was also to make an English translation of the whole website by using a translation agency and a Polylang plugin.
Other drag & drop websites
I have learned to use other website platforms as well. I have created my old websites by using Webnode and this site is made by Adobe Portfolio. I have also participated in making Teamtailor recruitment sites for MV-Jäähdytys and Arkance Systems.
Graphic Design
Canva Pro
I have used Canva Pro for social media posts. I have also designed posters, table tops, and flyers for the Yrityspäivät recruitment event.
Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop
- For Yrityspäivät I have designed and ordered overall patches
- For MV-Jäähdytys I also made simple design work such as ID cards, signs for rubbish bins, and service brochures.
Adobe Indesign
I have designed material and layout and produced most of the content of MV-Jäähdytys staff magazine. I also managed the printing of the magazine with an advertising agency from press to delivery. The finished magazine was printed and mailed to all employees' homes.
Paid Media
LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Creating Campaign groups, managing schedule and budget, setting up new target audiences, defining and tracking conversions, planning and creating ads including graphic design. I have also created sponsored LinkedIn posts for MV-Jäähdytys.

I have made email marketing for Arkance Systems in Hubspot. Emails have been newsletters, bulletins, or automated messages.
This includes:
- Designing layout and content in emails
- Manage contact lists
- Tracking open rates, clicks etc.

Automation
I have made simple workflows in Hubspot. For example:
- sending automated emails when a customer downloads a whitepaper
- adding customers to specific lists when subscribing newsletter

Forms
I have created different kinds of forms. Forms are used for support, RfQs, and whitepapers for example. I have gotten used to Hubspot forms in WordPress Contact Forms 7 and WPForms. I have made integration for Contact Form 7 and HubSpot.

In Hubspot, I have created landing pages for marketing campaigns.
This includes:

I have created in total of 13 customer stories for MV-Jäähdytys as an employee and freelancer. I have created most of these stories from the very start to social media posts.
Creating a customer story includes these steps:

- Planning interview questions and sending them to the customer

- Copywriting interviews and editing images
